8. Avoid foods which form gas: beans, peas, soybeans, lentils;

9. You can eat vegetables in any tolerated quantities;

10. Brown rice can be a good choice.

In conclusion, eat whatever makes you feel better and make exercises; they are a great way to get rid of gas.
