Is it possible to dine out without having to eat the greasy, crappy food that is usually found in either fast food or some sit-down restaurants. Let’s talk about Applebees nutrition for just a moment. First of all you amy or may not know that the restaurant in the midst of a class action lawsuit because the nutrition information it was posting was incorrect. However that does not mean that all the nutrition information Applebees puts on their menus or website is wrong.
If you visit some food sites or diet sites you will find Applebees nutrition information posted. These are just some of the place you many want to take a look at for information. Like most of us I like to dine at Applebees and would be seriously ticked off if the information I was reading about protein, carbs, fats, etc. was incorrect.
Let’s just hope that Applebees nutrition information gets better so that we can all eat happier.
